About

At 54 years old, I found my voice.

At this age of my life, I believed it was too late. Too late to change my path, to become the woman I longed to be, or to discover the woman I wanted to be. I had convinced myself that my story had already been written.

I was wrong.

If you’ve ever believed it’s too late for you, I want you to know it isn’t.

Like so many women, I carried emotions others did not see: pain, disappointment, regret, self-doubt, and the quiet weight of feeling unseen, unheard. I had spent years surviving, but surviving is not the same as living. Healing became a choice I had to make, not just for my mind, but for my body and my spirit.

As I began putting the pieces of myself back together, something unexpected happened. Women began sharing their stories with me. Different lives. Different experiences. Yet the emotions were strikingly familiar. We all carried wounds that had quietly shaped how we saw ourselves. We had forgotten our worth. We had lost confidence in our own voices. We had stopped believing we deserved.

That realization gave birth to The Healing Earth.

The Healing Earth was created to be more than a place. It is a space where people can reconnect with themselves. We embrace the gifts of the natural world, the earth beneath our feet, the air we breathe, the warmth of the sun, and the quiet rhythm of the moon, to create an environment that encourages restoration and reflection.

Through sound, vibration, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation, we begin by inviting the body and nervous system into a place of calm. From there, we gently nurture the spirit, allowing space for healing, growth, self-confidence, and self-love to take root. We believe when the mind, body, and spirit begin working together, transformation becomes possible.

I am not here because I have all the answers.

I am here because I know what it feels like to search for them.

I am simply a woman. A mother. Someone who discovered that healing doesn’t come from another person, it begins within ourselves.

My role is not to fix you. My hope is to walk beside you, offer the tools, and remind you that you already possess the strength to become the person you were always meant to be.

Because every experience gives birth to something.

My hope is that what is born here is the truest version of you.
